Define Persona

The design process included three steps: accept, analyze, and define. The process of this case study considered the interactions between the user scenario and the color mood.

First of all, the accept step is initiated to identify the research question/hypothesis and establish the purpose. Next, the analyze step is an exploratory stage that allows designers to examine and understand user needs by gathering facts and opinions through interviews and survey data. Last, the define step is the statement of the goals to address the guidelines for establishing themes and criteria for developing persona groups.
